Registration

• 20% VAT is not included.
• Anyone wishing to participate in the scientific meetings of the Congress as accompanying person or company representative must register.
• The above-mentioned registration fees include participation in the scientific program of the main meeting, printed congress materials, tea and coffee breaks on the scientific program days.
• For all payments not paid on time or delayed after the Congress date, an addition of 10% will be made and reflected to you as we have announced in the budgets and on the website.

Cancellation Policy:

• Registration cancellation request must be notified to Topkon Congress and Event Services in writing.
• Before February 15, 2024, half of the registration fee will be refunded.
• After February 15, 2024, no refund will be made for cancellations. Only name changes will be accepted after this date.

Accommodation

• Above prices include 2 night accommodation package and the bed and breakfast concept.
• 10% VAT is not included.
• Room distribution will be made according to the order of application and payment dates.
• For all payments not paid on time or delayed after the Congress date, an addition of 10% will be made and reflected to you as we have announced in the budgets and on the website.
• Shuttle service between hotels will be organized two times in a day.
